Dry Storage, part of the Id Est hospitality group, is a hidden gem in Boulder. Upon entering, one may be tempted to believe that it is a regular bakery or coffee shop. But upon further investigation one will find there is so much more to this quaint flour shop and bakery.

Kelly Whitaker, the inspiration behind the operation, believes in forging new connections between people and grains. Sourcing grains from organic farmers that use regenerative practices to help in the fight against climate change. Recently, Dry Storage earned a Snail and is part of the Slow Food movement.

At Dry Storage, you can order a coffee, a loaf of bread, a sweet treat, or something off their lunch menu. But while waiting for your indulgences, you can also pick up freshly milled flour, some locally made pasta from Pastificio and other staple goods.
